Attendance management

PROJECT OVERVIEW.

This is a project in which we will develop a machine that helps in monitoring employees or students during their entrance and exit.  which minute they came in and went out. It will also track them their exact position within the institution.

GOALS

  1. Speed monitoring.
  2. Save time instead calling out names of too many students or employees for long time.
  3. Store more record at one time.
  4. Security of the institution to identify any stranger.

Technology key features.

  1. Thermal printer.
  2. Attendance tracking system.
  3. Time clock software
  4. Computerized attendance system based with hardware technology like fingerprint
  5. Set Email templates to let the students receive their attendance notification.
